Needletime - call to action

The Music Federation Forum, CWUSA and SAMPRA will tomorrow host a meeting to discuss the recent judgment by the Supreme Court of Appeal that has reduced the needletime royalty payable to performers and record companies by radio stations to a very low level.

The Supreme Court of Appeal has set aside the needletime royalty rate that had been set by the Copyright Tribunal in 2012.

 

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, 14 May at 3pm at The Bassline, 10 Henry Nxumalo Street, Newtown.
