Music film festival running in CT
The Sound on Screen Music Film Festival, dedicated to music-related feature films, documentaries, concert films etc. is currently running at the Labia Theatre in Cape Town until 13 November.
The festival is featuring from pop, classical and Irish folk, to rock, industrial, metal and southern African subjects, including specific bands, groups and artists (like Björk and Ministry), a look at the power of music's healing quality, age-old traditions, a competition, a fly-on-the-wall tour across America, rock-linked comic books, metal in Botswana and more.
