14th METRO FM Music Awards this weekend
It's a big weekend coming up for SA music - the 14th METRO FM music awards takes place on Saturday, 28 February, under the theme Celebrating Greatness.
“The calibre of finalists for this year’s leg of the awards is exciting. It reaffirms our stance of being unapologetic about Celebrating Greatness in music and recognising musicians who have contributed to the growth of the industry in the last 14 years. We urge the public to vote vigorously if they want their favourite musician or group to walk away with a coveted, most sort after METRO FM Music Award,” says GM, SABC PCS Radio, Leuba Ramakgolo.
The awards is supported by the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government, City Of Durban, BP South Africa, SA Express, and Brandhouse will be held at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli Conference Centre (ICC) in Durban and will be broadcast live on SABC1 at 8pm.
The public viewing area will also be available again at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
