Spoek Mathambo is the stage name of South African musician (Singer-Rapper-Producer-DJ), Nthato Mokgata. At the vanguard of a new wave of African artists, Spoek is hitting the world hard. It is clearly African music, but like none that has ever been heard or made before.

Monark is a five piece pop band from Gauteng, South Africa. For a couple of years they worked towards finding the specific sound they were after. Once they felt they had discovered it, they gathered together the musicians that were needed to grow and perform the music.

Jay Bones, front man for the popular South African ska band Fuzigish and also Rambling Bones, delivered his critically acclaimed solo debut ‘Watching & Waiting’ in 2009. The album is a blend of mellow acoustic, best served on the rocks, further establishing him as one of South Africa’s premier singer-songwriters.

Frankie Beagle plays solo and with her band David Driver on keyboards and random percussion and Alex Collins on bass. Together live, they forge a fantastical and transportive experience for the audience by creating dreamy landscapes around the deep and eccentric lyrics of Frankie’s vocally pivoted edgy indiefolk songs.

Loki Rothman is a 22 year-old Capetonian who is exploding out of Cape Town around South Africa. His influential genres include jazz and pop/rock.
